Also just made the Muhammara. I did put a teeny bit of sherry vinegar in with the lemon juice. I could just eat that with a spoon. Reminds me of a rustic Rouille sauce. Utterly delicious

I have made hummus many times but never the other dips. Dips are so comforting and being people together so well. I appreciate the inspiration.

You can make it without, just add a little squeeze of lemon for acidity. I must update the recipe with that actually
