As soon as we get cool weather I’m baking ALL the things! In the meantime looking for stovetop bread options. I found a couple of camp bread recipes on Pinterest I’m going to try. Love your recipes. You cook the way I like to. Look at the ingredients on hand and figure out what I want to do with them. I’m trying to branch out to different flavors and I’m seeing that in your posts.
I LOVE home made focaccia! The wife used to make it in a pizza pan, and then make a large sandwich out of it with grilled vegetables, chicken, and home made pesto. Loved it!
I made these yesterday in a popover pan. Incredible! Perfectly delicious and very easy. It does take some time to complete the rise but it's so worth it. The outside is crispy and the inside tender. I will definitely be making these again.
Love the idea of individual portions. Will try this once temps go under 100 so I can turn on the oven.
Oof yes, that's definitely a consideration. We had a small cool spell here in Porto this week so I took the opportunity to turn on the oven!

Great idea about the stovetop. I make a lot of flatbreads in the summer. Sp pleased you like the recipes!
