Saved this one to try and just pulled it out if the oven. Sooo much less work than when I make focaccia and just as delicious. I did sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top before baking, cuz the only thing better than bread is bread with salt. Or bread with cheese. Or bread with jam. 🤣 Lol never mind. I love bread. Definitely sounds worth a try, but can you please clarify one bit : "Turn it around and cook until it’s golden." Do you mean "turn the bread over (upside down)" so the bottom gets golden too, or "turn the tray around (180 degrees)" so the top gets evenly coloured?
Very good point, sorry for the confusion. I meant turn it around 180 degrees in the oven so it gets evenly coloured on the top. I'll update the recipe. Thanks!
