I've enjoyed Stanley Tucci's Searching for Italy. Love learning about the history and the preparation behind iconic dishes, plus the scenery is stunning! #foodporn and #travelporn in all one go, much like Anthony Bourdain gave us with his wonderful Parts Unknown show.
We’ve been retreating to 90s food TV, too! Been watching the original Iron Chef. It’s been fun to see 90s plating and cooking in action and speculating on whether the dishes in the show would be palatable today
I hadn't either (aside from a few glimpses of Iron Chef America as a kid) before we started watching! It's definitely worth watching an episode or two, even just as background noise
Aside from the aforementioned Chris Cooks Cymru (BBC) and Barbeque Showdown (Netflix) I've also been doing a re-watch of my comfort wine show, Oz and James' Big Wine Adventure. It's a little dated, but is one of the reasons I got into wine in the first place. So I love it still. The episodes can be difficult to source but some are available on YouTube.
Oh and of course along with the rest of the world, I watched With Love, Meghan. I couldn't not.

I liked Stanley Tucci's show too. And of COURSE Bourdain!

I've never actually seen Iron chef, this might need to change!

Big vote for anything Adam Liaw, current series “the cook off” features him and a few guests cooking specific ingredient.
I've not come across him, will take a look!
I started watching Rachael Ray's Tuscan Kitchen. She looks MISERABLE, and I think I watch it out of fascination more than anything.
Interesting! I'm going to have to check it out
